We build prefab scandinavian design minihouses. The house is totally ready, equipped with all HVAC-E technology, interior, kitchen and bathroom at arrival.

Minihouse is an overall concept for acquiring a small house on your plot. The client can order the Minihouse from us including permit applications, energy solutions and fully finished interior, completely ready to use. The Minihouse is manufactured in dry, supervised conditions at the factory, and it is transported to the site in one piece, and is ready to use the same day. Our service in Finland includes all the planning, the house built in dry and supervised conditions at the factory, and if wanted also the building permit process, heating systems and the foundations and terraces. We build your ready-to-use Minihouse inside the factory, from the beginning to the end. The house is installed on the lot in one day, and it is immediately ready to use.

The Minihouse can become a home for a student, an elder that wants to move close to his/ her family and services, a rentable investment apartment, or it can be used as a garden house and studio for yourself. You decide the use of the Minihouse!

THE PROCESS

We have developed the building process to be as easy as possible for the client. The foundations, the planning, applying for a building permission and the HVAC with household appliances can all be acquired from the same place. The house is connected to the water-, sewer- and electricity connections on the lot.
